- GreatFallsMatt - A "gotta have" bookThe book was $60 less from Amazon than from the government site, I have no idea why. Nor do I really care. The entire book is available on-line, but I like having the hard copy for comparing multiple countries at once, and I find I read the whole review on a country when I have the physical book and get better insights than the search based results on line.
If you invest globally, or have kids that want a little deeper and unbiased information to augment a wikipedia search that is more up to date than almost any other books, this fits the bill.
There is a new version for 2012 available. Same price... - Kathleen Thomas - Keeps me motivated!Even though I stopped running last year, I use this log to record all my workouts, my weight, and any medical information. This is my fourth year for purchasing this Marty Jerome product.
The size of the log is perfect and the tips are very helpful. - Amelie - Finally, a fitness game worth buying!I have already tried different fitness games, hoping to follow an exercice routine, without success.
This one is magical: they treat exercices in a fun way, and you burn calories just like you would earn points on a regular game: when you burn a certain amount of calories, you can "unlock" certain features of the game.
I really liked it. I usually get bored while exercising, but this game is not boring; it keeps you interested all the time.
The only suggestion I would give the developers of the game: there is an exercice called "run the world", in which you can run through New York financial center, for instance. You can see the main buildings, but they are not realistic, they look like drawings. It is fun, but... I wonder how FANTASTIC it would be to run through a realistic environment... just like the "Assassin's Creed" game images of Rome, Firenze... they have technology for that, why not create a game for runners using those images?
Can you imagine running through realistic images of streets in New York, Rome, Paris? Wow, THAT would be fun! - Woody - Great Product! This is the first time I've ever done one of these reviews. I bought my aerogarden back in February and I absolutely love it! It's easy to set up and maintain and I have more herbs than I know what to do with. Before I got it, it would just kill me to make a dish calling, for example, 2 tbls. of fresh basil, parsley and cilantro. That would mean having to buy about $10 worth of herbs and then only using a small fraction of them. This product will pay for itself many times over!
