- Mom of Many "Kay" - Orgreenic frying panI have had two of these pans, 1 lrg fry-1 sm fry, and have liked them both. They are inexpensive and no harmful teflon. I have not had a problem with them sticking, I am careful not to put them in the dishwasher and only wipe them out. I typically use a form of oil (no sprays) or butter, lightly. Much less than if I were using cast iron. I don't expect to not use a little something. I am also careful not to get them too hot. If you take care of them they should last a few years at least, mine have.
- Dale S. - So far its workingOur 5 year old daughter has ulcerative colitis. The doctors have all kinds of medications to treat the symptoms, including a steroid, but nothing to cure it. We started this diet 4 months ago and have slowly weaned her off the steroid. So far she hasn't had any flare-ups. When she does have a flare-up, we will continue with the diet until completely cured. It will take about 3 to 5 years.
